This was part of the Sega Memorial Collection for the
PC. I think this was a Japan only release.
-Short Review-
I haven't bothered to play this version, but supposedly it's identical
to the Saturn version, which means it should include the song 'Hey, Hey,
Why?', and all the Saturn cheats should work too.
