-Fantasy Zone - The Maze: Sega Master System-
-Overview-
According to the manual, this game takes place AFTER Fantasy Zone II, but according to the game's ending, it takes place BEFORE the first Fantasy Zone.  I'm going to assume the game's ending is accurate, as manuals aren't always perfect.  Anyway, it seems the Menon forces are taking over the Fantasy Zone, but Opa-Opa and his brother Upa-Upa must graduate from their training before they can battle for real.
The Japanese version of the game was titled "Opa Opa"

-Short Review-

Basically, it's Fantasy Zone meets Pac-Man, and to beat it, you've gotta' pass 50 mazes!  2 skilled players simultaniously playing this game might be able to beat it if they're lucky, but as a single player game, it's quite difficult.
Sadly, the graphics are pretty weak, especially the title screen, but the music's as good as (if not slightly better than) the first SMS Fantasy Zone.
Gameplay's pretty good, but sometimes the maze seems impossible to clear, and in later rounds, you'll be strapped for cash.
Still, the game is pretty enjoyable.

Playing Tips:

Sometimes an item will appear in the bottom corner of the screen, be sure to collect it, because it's either:
An egg which hatches into an extra life.
A blue bird (Flicky) that gives you extra money.
A smart-bomb that kills all enemies.
Prices go up every time you buy an item, so try not to buy the same thing too often.
Avoid buying the heavy bomb, it's far less effective than you'd think.
