-Overview-
This is the Japanese release of Fantasy Zone for the Nintendo 8-bit. It's completely different from the game that Tengen released in the U.S.

-Short Review-

Sunsoft did a pretty good job of porting Fantasy Zone to Nintendo's hardware, but many stages feature odd color choices.
Something about this game seems off.. I think maybe it's that the enemies are too fast and shoot too often, or maybe it's that it's hard to see all the action against the backgrounds.
Compared to the NES version, this one is more arcade accurate overall, but again the NES/Famicom's lack of colors really hinder the game in many places.  Still, that's an exellent title-screen.

Sound Test: 
After beating the game and while the credits are rolling:
Press Left x33 on controller 2. The sound test will appear after all the credits have scrolled off the screen.
Use Select to change the song, and Start to play it.
